The Cottage
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
The cottage sits on the edge of the main Banchory Dam, looking out over the water and the hills beyond. It has been set up for comfortable self-catering — for families, fishing parties, and anyone who needs a few days away from the noise.
Sleeping
The cottage sleeps eight across three bedrooms. All beds are made up with fresh linen on arrival.
- Bedroom 1 — double bed (can be split to two singles on request)
- Bedroom 2 — double bed (can be split to two singles on request)
- Bedroom 3 — double bunk room, ideal for children
Please mention when booking if you need beds split — Margie will arrange it before you arrive.
Bathroom
One full bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin. The bathroom is shared across all three bedrooms.
Living & dining
